ONLINE ORDERS

Returns are accepted with a postmark date of no more than 7 days of receipt of the order.  After 7 days, the item(s) will not be accepted for return. No refunds; store credit and exchanges only.

Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packing list and all tags still attached to the item.  

You will receive an email once your return has been received.  Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.  Payment will be credited back to you through a store credit.

We strive to select only top quality merchandise for our shop. We do understand that if you are shopping online, the need for a return could sometimes occur. 

All clothing items online are new with tags or pre-loved, which means although they are in great condition they still may have a little wear. We carefully look for each item to ensure nothing is damaged before we sell it, but please keep in mind these items are sold AS IS. All items are final sale.

IN STORE PURCHASES

Because of the nature of consignment, all sales are final with no returns or exchanges. If you are shopping in our store, you are able to examine the items in person.  We also provide dressing rooms, and we strongly encourage you to try on items to insure proper fit.
